Once the package has been shipped you will receive a tracking number showing when the package will arrival, make sure someones(with fish keeping knowledge) at location to receive the package, carefully open and start acclimating, in a rare case if fish didn't make it, please contact us at ( hked24@hotmail.com ) We will review the case and issue a fish credit towards your next purchase (you will have to pay for shipping) There is no refund on all orders!

Remember guarantee is only up to Dead on Arrival and not after arrival.
